Unexpected audit and accounting issues, a client management problem and a staff accountant gone rogue— can the Senior keep the job from going off the rails?
This case study is an exercise in creative problem solving that helps audit seniors create a solution to a vexing project management problem. The experience reinforces the notion that even in the most challenging circumstances the senior must take the lead in suggesting to the partner and manager a viable path forward. Punting the problem to someone else is not an option in this real life case study.
